Sampler Quilt

I'm back  to blogging. I've been busy quilting, and I have a lot to share over the coming weeks and months. 
Cheryl made this wonderful sampler top. We both decided that it would be even more lovely with custom quilting.

Each of the blocks has a different quilting motif.

The sashing was kept simple with the classic rope design and light feathers complete the border.

The back! The ivory thread blends beautifully. I love it!
